When we decided to downsize somewhat in 2001 we purchased an existing home built in 1982. Joe Sattler informed us the firm was now doing remodeling. Since ours was to be an extensive project (completely gutting the interior and replacing everything, moving walls etc.) We had Joe give us an estimate. Work started in mid-March. Except for a few annoyances (impossible to avoid in any major project) things progressed well. In early August we had essentially a beautiful new home which we absolutely love and are proud to own. We highly recommend Sattler."

John Niemeier: "It's been a little over 2 years ago that we asked Joe to give us an estimate on what it would cost to add a room to our basement level to be used as an office & computer space. As I recall the actual cost and the estimate were right on the money - the room was finished on time over a month to 2 month time frame. The different work crews were friendly and the work done was excellent and did not disrupt our living in the rest of the rooms - considering some of the heavy work that was done. The painting and finishing work made the room appear to be a continuation of the upstairs and steps to the new room so that it fits in with the overall layout.
