Sattler Homes & Remodeling has been Custom building new homes in the Cedar Rapids area since the early 1950’s.  As a Third Generation Family business,our goal has always been to build Homes of the highest quality to last for years to come.  Each Homes is customized to meet the Homeowner’s needs and lifestyle.  We work closely with the customer to ensure that their new home is built exactly as they want.  We have a team in place to help our customers through the entire building process through the selection, building and completion.

We build Homes in a variety of Styles:  Traditional, Craftsman, Transitional and Contemporary, Sizes and Price ranges.  We will build in one of our fine developments or on a customer’s own land or lot.  There are Duplex / Condos available to be built / purchased in Hiawatha / Cedar Rapids / Shueyville.

Many of our Past New Home Customers have come back to have us build them another home or remodel the home(s) we have previously built for them.
